Dear Dr. Manara & Staff,

My husband and I want to thank you for all of your help during our fertility struggle.  Your medical expertise, kindness and support were so appreciated!  When I was recovering from a second loss, Dr. Manara, you encouraged me to get back up and keep going!  You even told me I would have a baby in my arms by Christmas.  You were right!!  She came 3 weeks before the holiday. Thank you for everything!

Dear Doctor Manara and Staff,
They say it takes a village to raise a child. We are grateful to “Team Manara” for the hope we have in Baby Curry. Thank you for the words of encouragement when we were fearful, for the optimism and hope when we doubted and for the joy when the good news came. For all the expertise and support you provided in every step along the way we will be eternally grateful. Thank you again so much and may you be truly blessed in all your efforts.

Dr. Manara and Team,
We wanted to thank everyone for all the support over the past few months. The overall environment you’ve created at the office is uplifting and positive, which makes a difficult situation much easier to endure. We are so excited for our little miracles and will be in touch with pictures.
Thanks again,
R.L. & G.L.

Dr. Manara,
I don’t believe there are any words that can truly express to you the appreciation we feel towards your medical practice in helping us to conceive our first baby. You gave us hope, faith, support, & guidance during the darkest times in our lives. Your office became home (especially to me) because of your kind & welcoming staff who are more patient than any medical staff I’ve known. Thank you forever for giving us the greatest, joyous gift of becoming parents! You will always have a special place in our hearts!
With deepest love & gratitude,
M.I. & A.I.

Dear Dr. Manara and Staff,
I wanted to write this letter to express my sincere appreciation. I started as a patient of your office in January of 2014. I became pregnant in March of 2014 after Clomid and an IUI. After great beta and progesterone levels and no symptoms whatsoever, it was to everyone’s surprise, that the pregnancy was found to be ectopic. I had to have emergency surgery that day to remove the pregnancy, due to my beta levels being too high. During the surgery, a piece of my left fallopian tube needed to be removed. Obviously, after trying for so long on our own and then losing that pregnancy, my husband and I were completely devastated.

After waiting three months and now only one functional fallopian tube, we began trying again. We knew it would be a little more challenging with just the one tube. After using injectable medications, another failed IUI, and having to skip some months because I was not ovulating on the right side, which had the functioning fallopian tube, we attempted another IUI in October of 2014. In that same month, we went for the invitro consultation to start on the next cycle. During the invitro consultation, I was told that my beta level came back positive! Needless to say, we were cautiously optimistic. A few weeks later, we were ecstatic to find out that the embryo had this time implanted into my uterus.

Fast forward nine months later, and I was about to bring our long-awaited baby into the world. We waited until the birth day to find out the gender of the baby, because we figured after all that was done to accomplish this pregnancy; all that mattered was a healthy baby. On Monday, June 22, 2015, we welcomed a healthy baby boy, Roman Andrew Lang, into the world. It was, by far, the best, most important day of our lives. It was because of your help that we were able to do this and start our desired journey into parenthood.

Dr. Manara, I can’t even begin to tell you how grateful I am for you. Not only are you amazing at what you do, you also have the best bedside manner that I have ever come across in a doctor. You are truly so passionate about what you do. The fact that your practice is a single doctor facility and you still manage to see all your patients each time is amazing. You made me feel so important and not a “number” to add to your patient list or your success rate. I appreciate all the time and effort that you put into my situation, as I’m sure you do with each of your patients. I never felt rushed in your office. Your professionalism and kindness not only came across to me, but my husband as well. I seriously do not think I will ever find a greater doctor in any type of practice.

Kelly, from the moment that I called to set up a new patient consultation, you were the sweetest, most caring person. Each and every time, whether a phone call or in person, you made me feel so comfortable. In the world of infertility, you need that.

Erin, you were the glue that held me together if I had a breakdown at the office. Your bubbly personality and your enthusiasm were so refreshing. I obviously had my doubts, even with my second pregnancy, and you always told me, “You can’t worry about anything, unless you’re given something to worry about.” This stuck with me throughout my pregnancy and actually really did help me, because I am naturally a worrier.

Anna, Jen, Lindsey, and Ashley, thank you all so much for being amazing people who always treated everyone so kindly. Each and every one of you always took your time and made me feel so comfortable. I was always greeted with a smile and felt more relaxed in a sometimes stressful situation.

I genuinely thank you all for your kindness and making this chapter in my life more manageable. You all turned this unpleasant situation into a more uplifting experience. You are all considerate of the emotions that people go through during this time and it clearly showed. I don’t think there is a better group of staff out there.

I am aware that others in this terrible world of infertility are not as lucky as I was. Some even have more complex situations that require much more treatment and time to hopefully accomplish a successful pregnancy. My heart goes out to each and every person who has to battle this problem. I hope and pray that everyone will be able to have their dreams fulfilled. I know I am now among the fortunate ones that get to experience being a parent and that is something I will never take for granted.

I am forever grateful and appreciative that I had your team behind me every step of the way. Every time, I see my precious little boy, I am reminded of how truly lucky I am and that with the help of you and your staff, we were able to accomplish our dreams. I can not thank you enough for making me the happiest I’ve ever been. It’s the most wonderful feeling!
With sincere thanks and gratitude,
L.L.

Dear Dr. Manara and staff,
How do you thank someone that has made your dreams come true? As I sit here trying to find the right words to thank a staff that has been instrumental in our ability to go from a family of two to a family of four, I’m overwhelmed with a sense of happiness and gratitude! I truly don’t know where to begin. Flashback five years ago I remember feeling angry, frustrated, and hopeless. I often wondered if we would ever have any biological children of our own. Then one of my co-workers recommended your practice and that one breath has changed our life for the better in so many ways!

From our first encounter to my last, the professionalism shown by you and your staff has been amazing! I can’t tell you how much we appreciate all the time you took to explain every step and option. Compassion and expertise are the main things I look for in a doctor. You and your staff exuded those qualities twofold. I never left the office feelings rushed or that my case wasn’t a priority. You can’t put a price on feeling supported and heard. I NEVER, I mean never, had a negative experience with you and your staff and with the frequency in which I was there, that alone is amazing! I was always greeted with a smile and left feeling like everyone was rooting for us. You have surrounded yourself with compassionate and knowledgeable people; I genuinely appreciate each and every one of you in the practice!! I know in my heart that we would not have the family we do without all of you…

Flash forward to now and our lives are filled with laughter, cries, and everything in between. I wouldn’t trade any of the journeys since it led us to where we are today. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You and your wonderful staff will always have a place in our family!
With deep gratitude,
C.A.
